Factual Investigators
Verifact provides extensive investigation, security, traffic management, marine surveying and risk management services on a national basis across all States and Territories. We have a national client base that includes many of Australia’s largest and well known insurers, public and private companies as well as Federal, State and Local Government authorities. The Verifact team works nationally to provide a consistently high level of quality end product to our expanding client base.
Opportunities exist for suitably licenced and qualified factual and surveillance investigators, security guards and marine assessors across all our business lines to join the Verifact team and secure their future, either working within their local area or alternatively relocating to other areas including inter and intra State.
Our people are highly qualified through either experience and/or tertiary level qualifications, have good computer and literacy skills and hold all equipment required to undertake their chosen stream of work. They have excellent communication and report writing skills and are self-motivated – understanding the importance of managing stringent timelines and providing a superior, customer focused service to clients.
Applicants must demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Good computer keyboard skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills;
- Effective time management attributes.

- Summary of your experience and areas of speciality. (Ie: Surveillance/Workers Comp/Liability/CTP/General Insurance. Asset Protection, Hull or Cargo Surveying etc)

- Investigator and/or Security & Driving Licence numbers and expiry dates
- Current accreditation status with insurance companies
- Preference for work area and indication if you are willing to relocate
- Current First Aid Certificate (Security staff only)

Central Queensland -
Appropriately licensed and qualified security staff required for asset protection duties on mine sites throughout the Central Queensland region working a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster system. Excellent remuneration packages available to select candidates who can demonstrate suitable aptitude, motivation and experience.
