Vicki is responsible for the overall operations of Verifact Investigations division. She has developed her operational, HR and management capabilities over more than 18 years. She has a diverse background and knows all about achieving results through best practice people management. Her responsibilities have covered the areas of Payroll, Recruitment, Employee & Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, Policy & Procedures, HR Performance & Reporting and Communication.
Vicki holds a Diploma in Business and Business Management. Working directly with clients and stakeholders, Vicki has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Investigation industry, working within the Verifact Group for over 14 years. Vicki has played a key role in the development of the Verifact Group.
Whether directly or indirectly, Vicki embraces the day to day challenges undertaken assisting Verifact to achieve its vision and strategic objectives. Vicki is proud to be a part of the management team that drives the results that enrich Verifact's value to customers, investors, and employees. |
