In the year 2000 we introduced tracking systems in our operative’s vehicles to assure you we are on the job when we say we are. This is now known as Verifact Tracking Systems (VTS).
The investigation industry has grown enormously and the integrity and trust of investigators is imperative. Many large insurers have their own methods of auditing investigators in the field so they can be accountable.
At Verifact, we self-audit investigators so the integrity and location of our investigators cannot be questioned. All surveillance investigators in the field in NSW and WA have tracking transponders fitted to their vehicles. This system of tracking is being rolled out nationally. When you give instructions to Verifact you can be assured we are actually there on the job conducting your investigations. |
