Our recruitment, training and retention programs ensure that the best staff are sourced and then effectively managed to ensure they provide the best quality of service to our clients whilst retaining flexibility through multi-skilling and continuation training. With over 350 specialists in the field and 47 office staff supporting them across Australia – we know what it takes to build an effective, professional team of dedicated service providers.

The provision of high caliber staff is critical to ensure that our service quality is maintained at the highest levels to exceed the expectations of our clients. Verifact has a strong reputation for ensuring the highest standards of integrity, diligence, statutory compliance and ethical values are exhibited at all times by staff when undertaking duties on our behalf. We have taken the highest standards for compliance, based on several industry standards, to assure our clients that Verifact personnel will be fully compliant with our and their expectations.

These standards include:

 

  • Hold a current State security licence
  • Hold a current First Aid certificate
  • Hold a current Driving licence
  • We retain a current copy of their National Criminal History Check on file
  • We retain a current copy of their Driving History Check on file
  • We maintain current Confidentiality Agreements and Verifact Standard Contracts
  • We ensure all legislative requirements for Public Liability, Workers Compensation and Professional Indemnity are held unless specifically covered under Verifact polices.
  • Hold current accreditation or authorities for the area they will work in. This may include: Blue Cards (Construction), Client Inductions, Mine Board medical certificates, Site induction certification.
