Dan Crowley
Managing Director
Dan founded Verifact in December 1990. Over two decades of driving the business through natural growth, merger and acquisition, in 2011 Dan moved to an Executive Director role within the organisation focusing on business development and emerging markets.
Before establishing Verifact, Dan had successful career in the Queensland Police Service honing his skills across numerous high risk areas and operations.
Dan uses his expert team building and leadership skills across the organisation honed through his 14 years as a dual World Cup and Super Rugby winner of the Australian Wallaby and Queensland Reds rugby union sides.
Jarrod Bowditch
Director
In 1991 Jarrod founded a successful Investigations business which soon became established as the premium organisation in its field. In 2006, Jarrod merged his business with Verifact, strengthening the organisation, diversifying the service offering, and gaining presence across the nation. In 2011 Jarrod moved to an Executive Director role focusing on business development and systems improvements.
Previously a detective, an undercover and surveillance supervisor, his experience covers 20 years specialising in major crime, insurance and corporate fraud, undercover surveillance and covert operations and investigations.
Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in security, investigations and disaster management, has given expert evidence in courts and frequently lectures on surveillance, fraud and investigative methodology.
Vicki Allen
General Manager
Vicki Allen has nearly 20 years’ experience working within the Service industry and throughout this time has excelled in numerous roles. Her extensive list of capabilities includes Payroll, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Training, Performance Management, Policy & Procedures, Human Resources, ICT, Quality Management, OHS, Risk, Procurement, Audits, Business Process Reviews, Tenders, Key Projects and more.
Working directly with the executive team, Vicki is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the group and she has played a key role in the development of the Verifact over the 16 years she has been with the company.
